Aim Eternity provides professional consulting, digital marketing, branding, advertising, website development, and business development services. Due to the nature of these services, which involve time, planning, strategy development, consultation, digital work, and resource allocation, all payments made to Aim Eternity are generally non-refundable.

Once a consultation session has been conducted, a strategy has been shared, work has started, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered in any form including consultation calls, documents, designs, campaigns, website development, or marketing setup, no refund shall be applicable.

If a client makes an advance payment for a service and later decides not to proceed before the work has started, Aim Eternity may review the request and may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion after deducting consultation fees, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, and time spent on planning or discussions.

No refunds will be provided for completed services, partially completed services, digital marketing services already executed, advertisements already run, consultation sessions already conducted, strategy documents already shared, or websites already developed.

If Aim Eternity is unable to deliver a service due to internal reasons and the work has not started, then the client may be eligible for a refund after deduction of payment gateway charges and administrative charges.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels. Aim Eternity reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the work completed and the reason for the refund request.
