The job opening for “Sales Executive” is primarily a field-oriented job and requires the candidate to actively connect with target audiences such as students, job seekers, retired personnels, aspiring entrepreneurs, and anyone looking for generating passive income. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face interactions and capable of explaining the course value effectively while motivating prospects to attend our free demo sessions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions while coordinating with the internal team for smooth execution.
The position offers a fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month along with performance-based incentives. The candidate is expected to achieve a minimum of 5 course sales per month. For every additional course sold beyond this target, an incentive of ₹3,000 per course will be provided, ensuring high earning potential for performers.
The sales executive will be equipped with all the brochures and other marketing materials to promote our course along with a rigorous training session in the first week of joining, which will help them in capacity building and gaining confidence on field.
The working hours are from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The candidate is required to visit the office primarily for reporting and status updates, while most of the responsibilities involve fieldwork and direct engagement with prospects.
