By engaging with Aim Eternity for services, the client agrees to provide accurate information, required business details, content, approvals, and cooperation necessary for completion of the project or service. Aim Eternity shall not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of communication, delay in approvals, incomplete information, or delay in payments from the client’s side.
All content, designs, strategies, documents, marketing plans, graphics, advertisements, website content, and other materials created by Aim Eternity remain the intellectual property of Aim Eternity until full payment for the services is received. Upon full payment, the final deliverables may be transferred to the client as per the agreed scope of work.
Aim Eternity does not guarantee specific business results such as increased sales, leads, profits, search engine rankings, or social media growth, as marketing and business results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, customer behavior, and platform algorithms.
Aim Eternity reserves the right to refuse service, terminate service, or cancel agreements if a client engages in illegal activities, unethical business practices, abusive behavior, non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of any applicable laws.
Aim Eternity may update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
